When will my print ship and how long will it take?

 

Works are custom printed to order, final sale, and dispatched from my print studio within 48 hours. Shipping is handled by DPD, and depending on the shipping destination, prices and shipping times may vary. If your destination is not showing in the dropdown box at checkout, please contact me directly so I can look into it or add it to the shipping destinations. If you need express or next-day delivery, please contact me for arrangements.

 

Where do you ship?

 

Prints ship worldwide, but all orders do not come with a frame. If you would like to enquire about framing options, please email me at throughcaraseyes@outlook.com, and I can organise this for you. Please note that I do not ship frames outside of Europe.

 

Can I order a custom print?

Absolutely. I offer custom prints in sizes below A3. Please email throughcaraseyes@outlook.com with your preferred image and sizing. Custom orders come hand-signed, printed on heavyweight, environmentally friendly museum-grade paper with archival pigment inks.

 

Where are your prints made?

My photographs are printed in Surrey, and I ship worldwide. To keep the overall carbon footprint down, I have partnered with a local printer. 

 

If I make a mistake, can I update my order?

 

Yes! Provided you contact me within 24 hours. Please email throughcaraseyes@outlook.com ASAP so we can amend your order.

 

What is your return policy?

 

Prints are made to order and are non-refundable. If you would like to amend your order, please email me at throughcaraseyes@outlook.com. Please note that I am not responsible for any damage that may occur with the courier.
